Privacy notice / 12 October 2026 / version 2

Your email.
A clear purpose.

This notice covers the Workerbee early-access website. Signing up registers interest; it does not create an audit account or grant access to a repository.

What we save and why

Workerbee saves your email address, optional module interests, signup time, this privacy notice's version, and a hash of your removal code. Empty module selection means general interest. We use these details only for early-access availability and relevant product updates. Your email is not added to a separate marketing list, sold, or shared for advertising.

Module choices are optional and editable before you submit. A repeated signup does not change existing preferences, consent, signup time, or removal code. To register different details, remove the original signup using its receipt, then register again.

Where it is stored

The website runs on Cloudflare Workers and signups are stored in Cloudflare D1. Cloudflare processes network information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site. Workerbee does not save raw IP addresses in its signup database. Temporary rate limits and aggregate request counters help prevent form abuse. Aggregate counters are removed during daily cleanup after 48 hours.

How long we keep it

Signups are removed during daily cleanup after 180 days, or sooner when you use your removal code. No confirmation email is sent. We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party embedded media on this site.

Remove your signup

A new signup displays a one-time removal code. Save the receipt or copy the code before leaving the page. We store only its hash and cannot recover the code. Repeating signup does not create a new code. Keep it private: anyone holding the code can remove the associated signup.

If you lose the code, the signup will still expire under the retention policy above. No email recovery service is available on this site.

Keep sensitive information out

The early-access form requires only your email, with optional module interests. Do not submit source code, credentials, customer information, or sensitive audit evidence. No audit uploads or repository connections are available here.
